Disturbing dashcam video shows a New Mexico woman being dragged from a car by sheriff's deputies and slammed facedown, all while she says she was having a diabetes attack.
Santa Fe County Sheriff Robert Garcia said his office is investigating the troubling incident. His deputies thought the woman was drunk.
"In this case there was no resistance. We are looking at that very seriously," Garcia told KOTV on Thursday.
