Type 2
Good afternoon everyone,
I am a new member and hope that the advice and support will improve my diabetes condition.
I have had diabetes for quite a few years now but still think that I can do better.
I look forward to chatting and receiving advice and support.
Best wishes.
Patrick

Hi Patrick,
Are you T1, T2 or any other type?
How do you manage with your diabetes and are there any specific questions or issues which prompted you to seek out the forum?

Hi & welcome to the forum. How long have you had diabetes for, and how do you manage it?

Hi Colin,
I am Type 2, (is that what T2 is?) I take Metformin, at present, which has been reduced from 4 tablets daily to 2.
I am interested in any ideas from fellow members regarding foods/recipes which they have found helpful. I tend to stick to the same meals and my HBA1C readings are quite stable, but could be improved.
Thank you.
Patrick
