Hello, have only just found out about this forum although I have had Type 2 for many many years originally from Kent lived in Wilshire since 1981

I inject insulin twice a day and take a number of other meds for my other problems, osteoporosis, FMS and some osteoarthritis. All reasonable under control.
 
Hello Penelope and a warm welcome to our supportive forum from another Type2. Sorry to see you here but glad you found us. We are a friendly bunch and willing to help in any way we can. It would be interesting to hear how you have managed your diabetes ~ ie. diet and exercise regimes. We all learn from one another here so it would be interesting to hear how you have managed your diabetes and if you have encountered any problems along the way.🙂 Take care and do please stay in touch x
