Hi my name is allan i am a new member of this forum, i have been diagnosed TYPE 2 for just about 2 years, i new how to help people when i was a carer, but now that i am diabetic i find it very difficult to deal with

Sorry to hear about your diagnosis, and how difficult you are finding it :(

There is lots of support, camaraderie, and plenty of hints and tips on the forum, with literally centuries of lived diabetes experience. Everyone just muddling along trying to find their way through the maze of options and approaches to find a system that works for them.

Ask away with any questions you have, nothing will be considered too obvious or silly 🙂
