Hi @coli57 welcome to the forum. How did you find out that you were pre-diabetic? Do you have any particular questions that you'd like answered?
Sarah

Welcome to the forum @coli57

Were you given a result of your HbA1c? To you know how close to the dividing line for diagnosis you currently are?

Many members have found over the years that some relatively modest changes can have a very positive impact on reducing their average BG levels away from a full-blown diagnosis.

Others have taken a more assertive approach and adopted a moderate or low carb way of eating, increased activity, lost weight, and have seen dramatic improvements back down into a low risk HbA1c.

Ask away with any questions you have - we have literally centuries of lived diabetes experience on the forum, and lots of friendly folks ready to share their hints, tips, strategies and suggestions 🙂
