Hi im new here my names CABE I was diagnosed with type2 diabetes 1 year ago

Hi Cabe and welcome

Would you like to tell us a bit more about how you came to be diagnosed, what your HbA1c was and if you are on any medication. How are you managing with it? Have you made any changes to your diet and lifestyle? What do you find most difficult? Hope you don't mind all the questions and feel free not to share any info that you are not comfortable with.... just helps us to get a better picture of where you are at with it.
The forum is a fantastic resource of information as well as being a friendly and supportive place to share your concerns and frustrations. I hope you find it as beneficial as it has been for me during the past year.

Hello @Cabe33 and welcome from me as well.
I see that you have posted on another link, and hope that you found the answers helpful.
Well done on your weight loss, and I hope the sleep issues resolve themselves soon.
