Hello Chris, welcome to the forum. Feel free to ask questions we’ll do our best to help.
How did you come to be diagnosed.

Hi Chris and welcome 😎

Welcome to the forum.
The single most important change to make is to the input of carbohydrates.
If you are lucky then just by reducing carbs you will achieve normal blood glucose, which will eventually mean normal Hba1c, no symptoms, more energy, weightloss, changing body shape - most notably around the waist - there are things you can do to help, or speed things along, but - it is the carbs which are the problem.

Hi Chris and welcome. I would recommend the LCHF WOE. It is working for me, and I enjoy it which helps!

Welcome. Great place to find great advice. Good luck on your journey!

been in the same boat a month now, the low carb route definitely seems to work for me & I have not had to sacrifice taste 🙂
the longer serving members here really seem to know what they are talking about & are keen to assist newbies
