As it is all carbohydrates that convert to glucose foods like potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, pastry, breakfast cereals, tropical fruits as well as the obvious cakes, biscuits, sugary drinks including fruit juice are the foods you need to cut out or have in reduced portions. However there are plenty of foods which you can eat as they are low carb, meat, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, vegetables, salads and fruits like berries are all foods on which to base meals.thanks for your reply. its getting my head round the food to have and food to stay clear off its a mine field
Have fun with it is my advice. I enjoy a good challenge and monitoring the glucose levels becomes looking in the mirror and realising that is your competition.yes a lot of work. the exercise no problem i have a dog that i walk 4 times a day. i have been put on METFORMIN twice a day
It's not for everyone but it works for me.good way to look at it
