Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hello,

I’m Jayne from Derbyshire, England. I was diagnosed with Type 2 in May 2010 and managed to stay off insulin until March 2018. Most of my family members are diabetic so it appears to be in the genes.

Just a little more about myself. I have three children and three grandchildren all of whom were born in Ontario, Canada .

My hobbies include genealogy and crocheting and I’m working on combining the two together at the moment.

Well, that’s all for now. I’m looking forward to joining the community and maybe making some friends too.

Take care,

Jayne

Welcome @Jadire 🙂 Looking forward to hearing more from you. Interesting idea about combining your hobbies - do you mean like a crocheted family tree?

Hello Inka,

Thank you for your welcome.

I would love to do a crocheted family tree but I don’t think my skills extend that far. . I do have some ideas floating around though but just how to implement them is holding me back for now.
