Thanks Mike! Posh and Birkenhead rarely appear in the same sentence. Most scousers call us Wirral lot "woolybacks"!!

As each day passes with my new found motivation to control my diabetes properly I'm already noticing minor differences. I'm sat here watching the cricket on TV and for the first time in many years I'm watching it without my glasses on and can read the score with ease on the screen. I dread to think what my daily blood glucose levels were at beforehand
