thanks all, from age 50 something while still working now age 88, it's his walking the real issue and I have just posted another thread on this, were also this last week having problems with high readings, 20 now again before going to bed, looks like has keytones, normally late evening probably anything from 10-16, but something not right this last few weeks, high readings setting his dementia off too, docs say increase insulin and drink more water he won't drink much at all, bad habit of sipping all his life, so were upping his insulin from today, morning and night he has it, hoping this will work but will take a few days to get into him and settle down.
