Welcome to the forum @bazza73

There's a lot to get your head around isn't there! I've been living with diabetes for more than 30 years and I still learn new things every week.

Have you been offered tablets to help with your diabetes management? or are you using changes to your menu to begin with?

Do you have anyone on your family with diabetes, or has it come as a bolt from the blue?

How have you been getting on so far?

Try some of the Aldi dark chocolate Moser Roth, lots of nice flavours. Cheaper than Lindt.

Hi All,

I love dark chocolate! It's my favorite type of chocolate! Its the taste of the cocoa I like, not the sweetness, so the darker the better cause the more cocoa it has it in it!
