Householders in remote or hard-to-find locations across Wharfedale and Aireborough are urged to help speed up ambulance response times by providing any tricky details.
Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust has launched a new initiative called ?MapMe? to help their staff cope with emergencies even quicker.
Online service MapMe lets people share key information about the location of their property ? so it can be found as swiftly as possible.
David Williams, deputy director of operations, said: ?Every second counts in a medical emergency when someone is seriously ill or injured and our staff do everything they can to reach patients as quickly as possible.
