New clinic appointment tomorrow

With all thats been goingon I 'd completely forgotten my appointment was tomorrow. & now am so unprepared.
What should I say or ask or do???
My heads a bit of a mess with everything and the fact we gotta somehow get a new tyre for the car by tomorrow even though I don't get any money till thursday.... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Step 1 - breathe!
Step 2 - get out the credit card and buy new tyre. Unless you can do without the car until you get some more dosh.
Step 3 - start writing notes, lists, whatever.
Step 4 - wait for someone sensible to come and answer you.
