Hi Roy and welcome, I'm another newbie, newly diagnosed and only starting to work out how to control this condition so not able to offer any advice, but can offer loads of encouragement. Anyway, just wanted to say hi 🙂

Welcome to the forum Roy 🙂

How long have you been diagnosed?

A warm welcome to slimjim & mandyafc xx Amanda 🙂

Welcome Roy, at least you are aware that you need to control, so well done there, thats half the battle. It will come together in time and your family are very supportive, cant let them down now🙂
