Nice to see some quotes from forum users at the back of the new-look ‘Balance’ from Diabetes UK. This edition focusses on food.

Haven`t got that far yet @everydayupsanddowns, just skimmed through it and head for the (over to you) article because it mentions the forum,🙂 have a look later.
