Mark: Thank you for the welcome. Yes, I am young but my doctors are at fault a little with it, reason I have changed my doctors now and getting better care. My previous surgery left me around 2 years with high sugars and its now developed into T2; I only found this out when I went to a clinic at my local hospital! All that time I was being told I was just a fat, overweight teenager [at the time] and needed to go down the gym. GAH... anyway thats in the past now hehe.
Hi Cookiez, welcome to the forum 🙂 Sorry to hear that your care was well below par, unfortunately it happens far more often than it should Are you on any medication and do you test your levels?
Welcome Cookie! I love the purple, I only just noticed that we can change the colour, I'm going for blue today. Are you on any meds and do you have a meter?
Northerner: Hello! Yes, I doubt I am the only person, but it gets me cross that people are treated like that! I am on Metformin, 3 daily, as well as Blood pressure and Cholestrol. I rattle when I walk 😉
Klocky: Lovely to meet yours as well 🙂
Andy: I feel very centered but I feel more blue then purple [Got a cold...] but purple is my favourite colour!
Steff: Nice to meet you! I'm sure I will be sticking around... I'll try not to leave crumbs about the forums 😛
Natalie: I love colourful posts, least I dont like yellow eh? Yes I'm on some meds, Metformin for my Diabetes. I test myself twice a month, 3 times that day. How about you?
