Best advice would be:
1) Get your BG under control so that your HbA1c is under 6. Prevents further nerve damage and some damage can be undone by being in control.

I was on Lyrica ( Pregabalin) Amitriptyline 50mg and 25mg , Tramadol , for Neuropathy when i was in hospital with Dka. I no longer take any meds as it cleared up when my levels returned to noraml -ish. Although I must add I did not have any Nerve damage , mine was caused by high sugars.
