Any one tried foot warming cream for chilblains and cold feet.

I would definitely go to GP or DSN to get it checked out if I had those symptoms.

It does sound like it would be good to get them checked out, and hopefully they may be able to offer you something to help with the pain?

Walking would be good to do if you are able. It should help with the oedema and increase the blood flow to your feet to help with nerve health.

@gail2 when you speak to the GP/ DSN (if you haven’t been referred already) ask to be refereed to the podiatrist, they might also be able to help you

Yes I do use a wheelchair can walk with the aid of a frame max of 6 steps at the most. I do do chair excises and am about to start swimming again (once a week as specialist taxi that will take me in wheelchair and with frame i need it to transfer costs the earth)
