what can i do to treat this myself? Any suggestions welcome

I wouldn’t mess about trying to treat neuropathy myself I’d be seeing the doctor. If there are self treatments to help it they should be able to advise.

I got prescribed pregabatin from the Diabetic specialist last October..They are only short term .But I've now gone down the herbal route with tumeric capsules and tablets..And plenty of extra virgin olive oil .Seems to be doing the trick
