Hello there! I am new to the forum but not to being Diabetic. I am trying to discover how to apply for my medal. It should be with me next month but I have lost the email address. Can anyone help please?

In those days it was called Sugar Diabetes and we cut that down to Sugar. My dad had become Type2 six months earlier so he spotted all the signs in me quickly.
