Can someone please give me some advise I've been struggling with diarrhoea for over a week, I've been to the drs who gave me antibiotics for a water infection which I have used up 2 days ago he told me to stop taking my diabetes meds and just use insulin. my sugars are 25/27 at moment today I feel terrible and have had diarrhoea all day my sugar has ranged from 5 to currently 31.4. I'm actually quite scared now and dont know what to do I have a pain in my right side and feel truly unwell any recommendations?
 
Hi. I think it sounds like you need to ring 111 for medical advice. A glucose reading in the 30s is an emergency situation in my opinion and you need medical support. Please don't delay and make that phone call..... or ask someone to take you to A&E

I agree that you need to try to get some medical advice. Please call 111 or get a call with your GP.
