Hi everyone! I am a new member so I am really sorry if this is a repeated question. I am looking to incorporate more sugar free items in to our cupboards so the whole family can be sugar free along side my diabetic husband. I know homemade is the best, but from a practical point I am really struggling to find sugar free sauces or dressing or basically anything! It seems the US have loads of items but I can't find things here in the UK. Can I ask please where you guys buy items that are specifically sugar free please? Thank you

To be honest, sugar free isn't the best, polyols etc in sugar free goods can have a negative effect on people (tummy problems if you get what I mean)

low in sugar should be just fine as its not just the sugar content in things that effect blood glucose, its the total carbohydrate content
xx

If it is time and convenience you are thinking of, you could always make a big batch of home made sauce and freeze it in portions.
