Need help ... where should I be referred?

Hi All,

At present I'm at Barnet Hospital Diabetes Clinic, but I'm unhappy there. I want to change clinic.

I started the Medtronic 640g in November last year.

I would like to be part of a diabetes team that is centred around caring, education, mutual respect, partnership, mutual responsibility, agreed goal-setting, empowerment, active listening and support of physical & mental well-being. Not much!! Ha! Ha! 😉 I am describing an ideal - dream state:happy:

Seriously ... I have been let down :banghead::bigtears:... have lost all confidence in my diabetes team ... but where do I go?

I have made appointment to see my GP to ask for a referral but have no idea where to go?!

I live in Barnet, London. Any help would be appreciated!

I travel up to Guy's Hospital and I find all the help and advice I need from them.

I am using the 640g.
