Hi im.on nova rapid ive had eaten food i cant rember if i taken my nova rapid insulin my sugers were 22 what do i do causeing anxity big time

What time did you eat @CHARLENE26 ? If it was more than 4hrs ago and your blood sugar is 22 taken with a fingerprick and clean hands, you might want to do a cautious correction. Cautious because it’s nighttime. If you have a Libre, set your Low alarm at 5.6. If it were me, I’d also set a phone alarm to wake and check your blood sugar with a fingerprick at least once during the night.

This isn't of use to you at present but be aware that the Novopen 6 has a memory which you can download onto your phone. I used it a couple of days ago when I couldn't remember when I had last injected and how much.
