Need Advise

That's a real good start, well done, blueberries are also very good.

Fruits to avoid are mangos, grapes, bananas (if you can).

Also strictly no fruit juice of any type, better to eat 4 whole oranges then have a glass of pure orange juice

Also with nuts, it's trial and error, but I stick to walnuts and almonds, I find cashews not as good.

Finally, its not that bad at all, when I go out with my friends they have one kebab, I have two!!, the only condition is to have it with salad, no nan bread or rice!
