Hi, so lately I’ve decided I don’t want to be diabetic, (stupid I know)
So I’ve eaten and drunk whatever I wanted again (stupid)
But boy am I paying for it .
I’m trying hard, is it just me or do we all have bloopers, I know it’s my health (no judgment plz).
I had my bg down to 5s 6s, I’m really annoyed with myself. I’m type 2 I need to knuckle down.

Only advice is just to climb back on the wagon. You have done it before so you can do it again.

Don't beat yourself up because we all lose control from time to time (especially at this time of year), but now you need to get back in control again. You clearly know that because you have posted here and I think openly admitting it, is the first step in getting back on track.
Drinking plenty and getting out for a walk will really help to bring levels down if you are able and then your next meal is a clean slate to start again. To be honest, I find that after the excesses of the festive season, it can be quite a relief to get back to "clean eating". A salad is something that I find really attractive right now after all the rich food.
 
Pick yourself up, dust yourself down - and start all over again!

No point grizzling about it, that won't change anything, but YOU can.
