Been using the mysugr app for a while now and today I noticed that they have updated the bolus calculator, with more info needed to be put in on set up, how long your levels keep rising after food etc, so more working out for me to do to get it all right, and then when it does calculate your bolus, it says that it is only advice .
I preferred the old version, but I suppose I will soon get used to it.
May need a chat with my DSN to help with some of the new settings.

I've got the bolus calculator update now with new settings - meal rise and offset time - I've got no idea what to set these to :(

I've spoken to my DSN on the phone about these 2 new updates - she's very busy at the moment but will have a look at some point later today and work out some maths but for now she said just to use the default settings on the meal rise and the offset time

That's what I am doing, seems to be OK at the moment, will be interesting to see what your DSN comes up with as I haven't been able to talk to mine yet
 
So you've left yours on the default then?

Hi Gill , all I can suggest is that you contact the App directly to qualify the terms as I can't actually find any definition for the terms in relation to monitoring . so, feel unable to advise . You may need to look it up online .... Sorry
