I have been advised by my pharmacy that these test strips are not available. Apparently, MTD in Europe have taken over these products. I have tried to contact them by email without response. Has anyone else had problems please?

Oh no, that's a pain! If they haven't replied to you yet, have you tried calling them?

YpsoMed (manufacturer).Free phone number: Free Call 0344 856 7820.

Other test strips in the mylife range might work with the Aveo meter so worth asking YpsoMed about that if you call them. Otherwise, speak to your healthcare team to prescribe another meter and strips altogether.

Let us know how you get on @Roseahm. :care:

Thanks for your reply Anna.

Apparently, all the blood testing equipment has been transferred to MDT. I haven't heard anything and am trying a different email.
Ypsomed were not very helpful when I called them, they just told me that all their blood testing equipment had been transferred and gave a link to MDT. Unfortunately, there was no information about the UK on that site.
I think that I shall have to get a different monitor.

Super frustrating but perhaps it's for the best to get a different one before you run out of the strips you have left. Have you considered a CGM or would you prefer to stick to fingerpricks?

Everyone needs test strips too. (Just not as many with a CGM, almost certainly.)
Of course. Just wondered if with the potential to change devices that it might be a 'good' time to change to a CGM if @Roseahm is considering it.
