hi everyone i havent posted in a long while. but i wanted to share my story and if it helps you or anyone than that would be great!
i no everyone has a different story on how they are or what there doing but for me this worked 100%
well 2 years ago i was told i had diabetes type 2 and was put on 2000mg of metforming. my life was upside down as i was so over weight at the time! big time. i searched google/youtube and everywhere for advise and this forum 🙂.
well i found this diet plan which claimed it would reverse diabetes totally. but i was so unsure and finding the motivation was hard.
i started with 3 meals a day 0 bad sugar (salads fruit and things that are good for u). 2 months after 3 meals i went to 2 meals a day missing breakfast each morning!! funny enough it did not effect me i was not hungry and i felt alot better ) bear in mind coming of sugar is hard and is not to be taken lightly as it will hurt
but once its out of your system you will fell great.
anyway around the time i switched to 2 meals the doctor told me to stop taking meds as my levels are in the hba1c 30s and i could hypo on the meds. so i did stop them and OMG did i feel good after. anyhow 2 more months past on this diet and i went to 1 meal a day which strangely i had so much more energy i felt amazin my skin cleared up my legs stop hurting my eyes got better.. i had to lower my prescription on my glasses.
so 1 year later. i lost 100 pound in weight and my levels hit hba1c 34.
but it was just after christmas 2019 and i thought hey cheat day like we all do.. should not of done it.. i started to drink booze eat burgers choc sweets everything... i put on 80 pounds
lol but 1 month ago i had my last blood test and my hba1c come back as 38.. the doctor told me that someone with my life style and weight and already have diabetes should have a much higher level!! but he took me of the books and told me i have not got it.. that 1 year of diet and 0 bad sugar worked 100% for me it reversed it for me. please dont take this post as it will help you as it wont work for all. its very hard to do and u need so much motivation its crazy!! oh and all i did to lose 100 pound weight was diet and excise 20 minutes a day thats on my treadmil!!
