Its lovely to hear you sounding positive about your future, and that was a great improvement in your HbA1c, that in itself is probably helping in making you feel better.

Hi Gail, what a lovely positive post. Only wrong thing in it is.......there's no such thing as a bad diabetic, we all struggle from time to time and some more than others due to other health problems.
Please also do remember that you are also a great member of this forum as well and have helped many whilst being here. 🙂

Thankyou everybody for your kind replys it means so much to me

I've only just seen this and I'm so happy to see you feeling stronger. That latest HbA is a great result, very well done.

Wow! Thats amazing Gail, what a lovely story. I remember when you were struggling and I thought about you a lot, I am so glad that you are doing so wonderfully after everything you have had to fight with. I pray that the future brings even more happiness x

Hi Gail well done on being so positive. That HBA1C is absolutely fantastic - I've never been able to achieve a figure that good, I am so pleased for you🙂

What a great post Gail 🙂 Well done.

That's brill Gail - and I'm very pleased to hear it too.

I also concur with what others have said - a lot of us do 'daft' things from time to time with our lives. our diabetes - or both.

When I first started taking an active part in the forum not ever so long ago, you always came across as a really caring person and I loved you for that, you never had a bad word to say about anyone. And to say I was quite shocked to subsequently discover that you were also struggling with your own 'Black Dog' - is an understatement.

This post now is wonderful news, and you can thank anyone you like, girl - but at the end of the day it's YOUR OWN PERSONAL victory - so celebrate it, enjoy it and accept a round of very loud applause!!

:D
