a month or so ago, some friends introduced me to "yogosan" yoghurt, available at Lidls.

It's really delicious, creamy and satisfying, and best of all - it hardly gives me a bump in BG levels. (muller lights send me a little spiky)

At the time, it was only available in huge 1kg pots, in just a few flavours - so I was thinking "I wish they did smaller pots.... and a few more flavours would be nice too!" and guess what I found when I went in today??

You've guessed it - small 150g pots, and some different flavours!

Just had one of the forest fruit ones, 😛\_/
