Bonnie (who is American) started reading it & immediately declared that it was next to worthless as it was all in grams & liters.... What did she expect, it's an Australian publication.... Looks like it has some great recipes though & can't wait to try them once I have eaten all the left over ham & pork in the house
 
Oh.
I had a muffin cookery book brought back from Australasia many years ago and it used cups for measurements. I think it went the way most cook books here, unused then to the tip many years later.
 
I have a set of cups, so cup measurements are no problem for me. They are easily available. Some measuring jugs also have cup measurements.
