I think Gail's already using "reduced salt" Marmite - although it's still probably only marginally less salty than The Dead Sea.

Low-salt Marmite can contain anywhere between 25 and 44% less sodium.

It's still very delicious, and I don't touch the regular variety anymore.
 
Monday
Breakfast 2 white toast with marg 30 carbs 144 cals
11am white coffee decaff 2 carbs 18 cals
Dinner
roast chicken with skin 0 carbs 221 cals pasta 49 carbs 408 cals
plain yogurt 8g carbs 91 cals
pint glass orange squash nas 1 carb 3 cals
Tomorrow im only alouwled 1 slice of toast and 1/3 of a bit of fish with a table spoon of pasta because of a procedure i have to under go wednesday. when i come back im going to have marmite on toast

Love Marmite, didn't realise they did LS one, lately been using Aldi own as original is so expensive.
 
After a few calculations after experiments I concluded that I get about 180% of the listed carbs from beans and peas in their seed form.
If they are in pods, I get the 'correct' result for the amount I eat.
