Cutting out spuds , rice , pasta .....not easy but getting there
Live alone so tend for main meals to pan fry or steam chicken , fish , pork etc with just one veg .....and that's it .......quick meals like this are the way things work for me ...does this sound familiar?
Frozen green beans or cali or spinach ......I am sorry to sound sexist but I am a single bloke and plenty of low carb veg and meat or fish is fine
I have also taken advice on here and batch cook the following as a regular veg portion
Cabbage sliced and diced , mini sprouts boiled for ten minutes
Drained then lightly fried in butter with mushrooms , onions , touch of garlic , touch of mixed herbs
Make a big pot of this
And that's it ......breast of chicken or fish etc , pan fried and served with the above
I think that's OK?
