I got done by the nurse last week...:(

Sneaky moo said I was in for a flu jab....

"While your here can I do your HbA1c blood..?" 😱

So guess who bit the bullet and gave an arm full of the red stuff!?!

The upshot is it's 35 in new money... (Down from 37 which is 5.5%)
