Good grief! Mind you, I could just eat that. :D

My breakfast was two chicken drumsticks and coconut milk (straight from the coconut) both out of my fridges - if I'd wanted a fried egg I could have just laid the frying pan in the sunshine.

he he drummer, I thought you were going to say If I'd wanted a fried egg I could have laid it myself :D A smile a day helps you work rest and play :D

On a more serious note, tomorrow I reckon you will be able to fry the eggs on a stone for an entire army

Its gonna be a salad eating day for me with cold meats and cheese, no cooking at all, too hot.

Oh yeh yum - but what is it Edgar?

I did myself the tv ad icecream, I just about to get it out of the freezer for a yummy.

Its a few mashed raspberries and red currents mixed in with live natural yoghurt (the ad said greek yoghurt but I just have plain yeo) in freezer for a bit and then enjoy 😛 😛

My icecream is proper custard, made with cream and eggs, vanilla and berries, whipped and frozen.

It's two eggs made into an omelette using the Lakeland egg boiler omelette attachment ( no oil used) with four cherry tomatoes on a slice of home made granary bread with cottage cheese and wilted spinach. Yummy.

Really? I thought you were making a joke. I've got to get my eyes tested...again! I thought it was strawberries on top of a pile of fluffy cream. I don't know how my mind works, I really don't. 😱 I've always thought I was on the spectrum and asked to be tested but they never got round to it, now I just go with the flow. :D I told my neighbour the other day, I'm not crazy, just a tad eccentric.

ha ha that's wishful thinking Ditto :D

I too thought it was strawberries and cream on toast.

I love soft poached eggs on toast or even better on fried bread 😱

I saw the spinach and the tomatoes (and toast obviously) but couldn't work out what the main bit was. Looks a bit anaemic for an omelette.

Must admit, first thoughts were clotted cream & strawberries on toast. All looks delicious though, a good healthy breakfast as you say.

Yes, it is a little colourless but that's because you can't brown it as there's no oil, but it tasted ok

Hi how was that Lakeland omelette maker? Is it good?

It's actually a Lakeland Egg Boiler with a poacher and omelette container included in the pack. The boiled eggs are wonderful with just a thimbleful of water, and the poached eggs are also good. The omelettes are nice and fluffy but a bit pale. But I sobve that by putting it in my air fryer for a couple of minutes to brown it.
