She must really love you MarkApparently it took a whole day to make. You have to brush the mould with chocolate several times, allowing it to set between coats. There are 6 coats on this. Used 6 bars of chocolate including the truffles.😱

The highest I can happily eat is 85%. I don't mind 90% but 100% is too much for me.I have the Lindt 99% dark chocolate - 3.8 bars if anyone is interested, lurking in my treat cupboard. It's disgusting. It dries your mouth out. I tried melting some, mixing with double cream and some artificial sweetner - still disgusting!
Your wife is a star making you that egg. I had my OH mini Kinder egg which came with the bill at the meal we went for last night!
