Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
I know I am only 26 but I would say I have been through a lot and came out the other side a more resilient, wiser and more peaceful person. I talk about how I became a meditation teacher, the challenges of being a clueless teenager with type one diabetes, and how I wrestled with my mind to gain control of my life after it was tipped on its head.

This would be my first video I have ever made, with many more to come!
Hope you enjoy it - Thank you!

Hi @Lewis Mushin and welcome! So sorry you had to go through this as a very young person but you're right in that we can't change the past. I hope your future looks good even if you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel you know it's there!

Thanks for sharing your story.
