Hi
Just joined this forum as feeling very anxious as my 32 son just been diagnosed and on metformin and glyclazide. Didn’t know much, well anything about T2, so rapid learning curve as I am also his main support. He’s lost 1st on low carb diet and seems to be ok, blood test on Tuesday to see how things are going... fingers crossed. Happy to hear from any other newbies to share and learn
Thanks Debbie

Welcome to the forum. 🙂

I am a type two myself and can only say that a low carb diet and exercise are the way to go. Good luck.
