Hi everyone! With this brilliant group members tips and support I’m one of the type 2’s who has managed to lower hba1c into normal range with weight loss and diet. Since then though my bubble was burst a year ago when a neurologist diagnosed me with ms arghhhh! Started my chosen treatment 6 months ago and decided to be bold and go for the one with a higher efficacy dmd’s one of the b cell depleters that’s still in the testing phase but that I can do myself at home instead of having to go into hospital for it. So managed to get to grips with injecting myself too quite proud of myself for that! Recently my dad who’s had type 2 for about 20’years or so has had to undergo valve replacement and triple heart bypass and subsequently has been diagnosed with APS (sticky blood syndrome) does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this? It’s an even rarer autoimmune disease than ms. Not sure if I should get myself tested for this aps thing
