Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi,

I have been a Diabetic Type 2 for about 10 years and on Metformin and Gliclazide now, which seem to be now lowering my Sugar levels. Since my husband died two years ago, I had become `lax` with taking the full medication, but, after attending the DESMOND Course (7 hours long) I am now much more attentive to Diet and Medication, although thought I had always ate pretty healthily, anyway.

I live in North West London and if there are any other ladies out there who would like to communicate with me, please feel free to email me.

I am not in London, but I am sure you will meet lots of friends on the forum, and I think they do have a meet there at some time in the year.
