Thoracic spine alignment is normal.
No loss of vertebral body or intervertebral disc height. Vertebral marrow signal characteristics are normal.
Demonstration of the thoracic spinal cord is suboptimal because of artefact. No intrinsic thoracic spinal cord signal abnormality.
Mild facet joint degenerative changes at several levels. No disc protrusion, spinal cord or nerve root compression.
No other significant thoracic spine abnormality.

Perfectly normal for your age, same comment as on the lumbar spine report. Dunno what the artefact could have been - wayward breast, maybe.

Thanks @mikeyB . Lol I wondered about the artefact and think your suggestion is the best one.
