STAFFORD MP Jeremy Lefroy has urged everyone who is able to attend the upcoming consultation meetings to discuss the draft recommendations on the future of Mid Staffordshire NHS Foundation Trust.
Mr Lefroy said it was 'vital' as many people as possible came to the meetings, the first of which will take place on Wednesday at 7pm at the Staffordshire County Showground.
?The capacity for the County Showground is over one thousand people and it is vital that the people of Stafford show how strongly we feel about these proposals by packing out the venue," said Mr Lefroy. "Obviously I would urge as many people as possible to attend all of the consultation meetings, but it would send a strong message to the administrators if their first meeting was attended by well over a thousand people.?
