Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Am now on 5mgs of Mounjaro weekly but my surgery is still keeping me on Humulin, is anyone else taking both together and what if any side effects are you having, many thanks.
 
Hi @Sav I think its normal for us T2’s to be taking both Insulin & Mounjaro (or one of the other GLP-1 injections)
I am on a different insulin to yourself but was advised by GP on how to reduce the insulin, if you’ve only recently started a GLP-1 medication your GP or DSN will probably be reviewing the dosage after 4 weeks, hope you get good results
