Mounjaro Monday - week 19 update

Hello,

A nice 3.2lb loss this week, which means I have now passed the 4 and a half stone mark. Full disclosure - fluctuations mean that about a pound of that has come back on. But, I tend to take my best result of the week to record here.

Fluctuations are certainly down to the exercise and walking I have done in the last few days. I’m off work for a few days, so there have been a couple of gym sessions followed by 10k step walks. I’m at a lovely point where this exercise is now leaving me feeling refreshed and energised rather than worn out. It’s taken a while to get here, but it’s great.

Mounjaro symptoms have amounted to nothing. Very little to write about here this week. I am thinking of putting a few words together about making Mounjaro (and other weight loss meds) work for you. We shall see.

A relatively short update this week, but as always thanks for all the support. Have a great week!

Kate
