A mother whose son and husband suffer from diabetes is to pound the pavements in Birmingham in aid of charity.
Claire Wort, 39, from Worcester, is in training for the Bupa Great Birmingham Run on October 20 and considered it a good opportunity to support Diabetes UK.
Claire's son, Harry, aged five, was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes two years ago and her husband, Charlie, 38, has had the condition for 23 years.
