A mother who wrote a book inspired by her daughter?s battle with diabetes will be signing copies of her first children's book this month.
Trisha Bridger, 40, wrote Why Can't I Fly? inspired by her nine-year-old daughter Niamh?s struggle with Type 1 diabetes.
She said: ?I published Why can?t I Fly? to help Niamh through a difficult time with her diabetes, and although it?s not a story about the condition, it has become a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Diabetes UK.
