Hi Guys,
At the Watford area working a Security Shift. Brought my lunch with fruit. Although tempted to get fish n chips. I won't but still. I look at diabetes as an older brother. Probably giving me the thumbs up along with the Hypertension brother too.
But still

No Fish n Chips but a very small chocolate bar and a couple of ginger biscuits instead. Much better option methinks. Will have my tuna and sweetcorn sandwich and my apple slices later.

Well done Rustee! Making small manageable changes is a great strategy. Now you’ve done it once, you will know you can do it again.

and after a while it will be easier to drop or swap other things too 🙂

Well done Rustee, two thumbs up from me.🙂
