Hi becky, junior refers to the number of posts you have made on the forum, I think it's after you have posted 100 times that you become a senior member.

There are some people here who didn't have clear cut diagnosis or were wrongly diagnosed initially, so you are not alone there.

What insulni regieme are you on?

Hi Becky,

Welcome to the forum. If it's any concellation I was diagnosed at 26 and was told I was type 2. However, when I moved 3 years later I moved 13 miles down the road and was told I was actually type 1! Not what I expected to be told but I have to admit I have had better control since changing to type 1.

Anyway, am sure you will find lots of useful info on the site and am sure you will have much to contribute.

Welcome again, Andy
